Our ward does a monthly cooking class (Enrichment Activity) at the home of the sister who is teaching. I asked Rick if he would teach "how to cook in a Dutch Oven" So on Sunday we did a test-run when Grandma Veda Coley came to visit. I'm glad that we did because we worked out a few bugs.
Then on Wednesday we did the real thing. It went really well. We made Beef Stew, Cheesy Potatoes and Dump Cake.

Sounds YUMMY! I love dutch oven cooking! Your yard is so beautiful and green! I guess I am just sick of all the ugly brown here in AZ. I would love to live somewhere nice and green surrounded by mountains but I am a chicken to leave my friends and family. So I guess I am stuck here in the desert.
