Our ward does a monthly cooking class (Enrichment Activity) at the home of the sister who is teaching. I asked Rick if he would teach "how to cook in a Dutch Oven" So on Sunday we did a test-run when Grandma Veda Coley came to visit. I'm glad that we did because we worked out a few bugs.
Then on Wednesday we did the real thing. It went really well. We made Beef Stew, Cheesy Potatoes and Dump Cake.
